Returns: Some items such as Seascooters and Electronics (PC Boards and Batteries) are not eligible for returns. All other items require prior approval and an RMA. All returned items are subject to a 20% restocking fee plus original shipping costs.
Parts Warranty: All parts come with 30 day warranty. Within this time frame your parts are eligible for for warranty replacement.
Seascooter Warranty: All Seascooters come with a 180 Manufactures warranty. If you happen to have an issue with your Seascooter within this period, you are covered.
Along with your scooter is a warranty card. Contact the support number on the card and they will guide you through the warranty process.
